Even if everything seems ok, you should get your home’s plumbing looked at once a year. Summer is a great time to do that before things cool off and pipes start expanding and contracting. Just because you aren’t buying or selling a short sale doesn’t mean you don’t need a short sale expert! If you are buying and not working with someone who is intimately familar with the seller-side of a short sale, you are at a distinct disadvantage. If you’re a traditional seller you need someone who knows what is going on with short sales, because that is your competition!
